The best of both worlds

Why Small Group Training Works

Get personal attention like private training with the energy and affordability of group fitness.

Personal Attention, Group Energy

Small groups of 4-8 people mean you get individualized coaching while benefiting from the motivation and energy of training with others.

More Affordable Than 1-on-1

Get professional coaching and programming at a fraction of the cost of private training. Same quality instruction, shared between a small group.

Built-In Accountability

When others are counting on you to show up, you're more likely to stay consistent. The group becomes your support system and accountability partners.

Community & Connection

Build friendships with like-minded people on similar fitness journeys. Many members say the community is what keeps them coming back.

Questions answered

Small Group Training FAQ

How many people are in each small group class?

Our small group classes are limited to 4-8 participants to ensure everyone receives personal attention and proper form correction. This is much smaller than typical gym classes which can have 20-50+ people.

What fitness level do I need for small group training?

All fitness levels are welcome. Our trainers provide modifications for every exercise, so whether you're a beginner or more advanced, you'll get an appropriate challenge. We'll help you progress at your own pace.

How is small group training different from regular gym classes?

Small group training offers personalized attention you can't get in large classes. Your trainer knows your name, your goals, and your limitations. Exercises are modified for each individual, and you're part of a consistent community rather than anonymous faces.

What should I bring to small group training?

Wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle and a towel. We provide all the equipment needed for class. Arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first session.

Can I try a class before committing?

Yes! We offer trial classes so you can experience our small group training before signing up. Contact us to schedule your trial session and see if it's right for you.

What's included in the senior fitness classes?

Senior fitness classes focus on functional movements that improve daily life: balance exercises, mobility work, strength training with appropriate resistance, and light cardio. All exercises can be modified for different abilities, and the pace is appropriate for adults 55+.
